1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and ch555 (the "Platform", "Operator" or "we/us/our") governing your access to and use of the ch555 website located at https://ch555.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications made available thereunder (collectively, the "Services").

2 Definitions

3 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms supersede all prior oral or written representations, communications or agreements between you and ch555 relating to the subject matter hereof. ch555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 14 (Amendments) for further detail.

4 Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an Account with ch555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legal status of online gambling in your location.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. A current list of restricted territories is available from the Platform's Help Centre.
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf, using accurate and truthful personal information. Third-party registrations and proxy accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Account Registration & Security

5.1 Registration Process

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst logged in will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ch555 Support immediately via Live Chat or the Help Centre. ch555 will never request your password through any channel, including email, chat or telephone.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates is accurate and current. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information — including misrepresenting your age, identity or location — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and forfeiture of any balance.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

ch555 is required to verify the identity and age of Account holders as part of its obligations under applicable operator policies and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon a change of personal details or at any other time deemed necessary by the Operator.

6.1 Accepted Documents

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in cumulative wagers.

In the event that a Sporting Event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the time thresholds specified in the Betting Rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the applicable rules. 9.3 Casino & Game Rules

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ch555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of ch555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ch555 name, logo and all associated brand marks are proprietary.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: reproducing, copying or distributing Platform content; creating derivative works; reverse engineering Platform software; or using ch555 branding in any manner not expressly authorised.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ch555, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

ch555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or suitable for any particular purpose. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator shall not be held responsible for technical failures, communication network failures or third-party service provider issues beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ch555 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, as required by changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform functionality or business operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Services and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence, details of which are available from the Platform's Help Centre upon request. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, you are encouraged to contact ch555 Support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The Operator will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process are available from the Help Centre.

Pakistani Users: The Operator does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law. This clause does not constitute a waiver of any mandatory legal rights you may hold under applicable Pakistani consumer or civil law.
